This is to transmit Resolution 284-07, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment
approved at the August 22, 2007, Council meeting. The amendment clarifies that the
$1,000 in Contingency Relief funds is to provide financial assistance, and not a grant, to
the Hawaii Island Veterans Memorial, Inc.
