which reclassified Lands from Office Commercial - 20,000 Square Feet CO-20)
to General Commercial -20,000 (CG-20) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii,
Covered by Tax Map Key 2-2-021:007 (Formerly 2-2-021:007 and 045))
Applicant: Dr. Brian and Ramona Sakamoto
Attached is Bill 125, Draft 2 that reflects an amendment as outlined in Communication No. 508.1
and duly approved at the County Council meeting on September 6, 2007. Drafr 2 incorporates
language added to Condition "B", requiring parking spaces pursuant to section 25-4-51(a)(3),
Hawaii County Code, as follows:
B. ~fJFinal Plan Approval for the proposed commercial building and related
improvements shall be secured from the Planning Director within one year from the

The amendment has been bolded to distinguish it from prior amendments to Ordinance No. 93-
