Comm. 661: RESOLUTION ABOLISHING A RECREATION DIRECTOR II POSITION AND
(Res. 331-07) CREATING A CLERK III POSITION WITHIN THE HAWAII COUNTY POLICE
DEPARTMENT (abolishes the vacant Recreation II position within the HI-PAL
program, and creates a Clerk III position to assist with the duties, which have been
assigned to two Police Officer II positions)

days of becoming a lobbyist {Article I5, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code}. A lobbyist means
"any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month
or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative
action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section
