The Planning Commission at its duly held public heazing on January 16, 1998, voted to forward
a favorable recommendation on the proposed amendment to Chapter 25, Zoning Code, of the
Hawaii County Code, Relating to Section 25-2-3, Review and Acceptance of Applications. We
have enclosed, for your favorable consideration, the amendment to Chapter 25, as well as a copy
of the staff Background Report for your information.
