RESOLUTION N0.351 07
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorneys and Basic Image, Inc. have
requested funds to host the 4`h Annual Keiki Aloha Aina Surfing Classic; and
WHEREAS, the goal of this drug and alcohol free event is to get children involved
with positive activities; and
WHEREAS, the Hawaii National Guard and the Hawaii County Police Department
will be addressing drug education, drug prevention and conduct a Keiki ID program; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to
the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to be used toward the 4~' Annual Keiki Aloha Aina
Surfing Classic; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Prosecuting Attorney and Director of Finance and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
