RE: Proposed floor amendments to Bill 167, Loopholes Chart
Attached for the Council's consideration is a "Superstore Loopholes" chart indicating several
ways that a developer could circumvent the intent of a superstore ban using the original variables
in Bill 167. I will provide 19 colorized copies to the Council Staff on Wednesday, October 3,
2007. Please provide these copies to the County Council for discussion of the proposed Bill 167
