?r or„ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •••h~Oi~M~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 355 0'7 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br /> WHEREAS, the Honoka`a Pazk and Sports Complex provides the only public restroom <br /> facilities for the downtown Honoka`a area; and <br /> WHEREAS, an ADA compliant portable restroom is currently placed at the Raleigh <br /> Martin Pazking lot in downtown Honoka`a; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Depaztment of Public Works has expressed that current placing of said <br /> portable restroom is about to expire; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works desires to have these two portable <br /> restrooms be located at said parking lot for aone-year period expiring on September 30, 2008; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Public Works to be used towazds two proable resrooms at the Raleigh Maztin <br /> Parking lot; now; therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,840 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $3,840 <br /> <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> <br /> 010.171.5171.22 Department of Public Works $3,840 <br /> Building R&M OCE <br /> (Raleigh Martin Parking Lot - <br /> 1 Regular/1-ADA Compliant Portable Restroom <br /> Downtown Honoka`a) <br /> <br />
