AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0.07-82, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING NNE 30, 2008.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L•
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 07-82, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3308.11 Federal Grants -Buffer Zone Protection Program General $ 189,000
Total $ 189,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to
the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the
