SUBJECT: Bill 168, Draft 2 ?
Attached is Bill No. 168, Draft 2, which was the result of the following amendments, approved at
the Council meeting on October 3, 2007:
Specifically, the amendment is to SECTION 2 of Bill 168, section 2-37 (c), and will read as
follows:

of the county ,

design, community facilitation and Hawaiian culture."
Also, section 2-38 and section 2-39 of Bill 168 should not have been numbered. These sections
will now read as follows:
"Section 2- Duties of the committee..."
"Section 2 - Guidelines for committee recommendations..."
