NO. 147 ORDINANCE NO. 143 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 07-82, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2008. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 07-82, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. Account No. Source Fund Amount 3308.07 Federal Grants -Law Enforcement Investigations Standby Pay General $ 32,486 Total $ 32,486 SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below: Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount 010.201.5216.27 Law Enforcement Investigations Standby Pay General $ 32,486 Total $ 32,486 SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon completion of the grant program(s). SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
