SUBJECT: Communication No. 713 (Bill 188) -Ordinance to Amend the Hawaii
County Code, Relating to Real Property Taxes (Removes the Nonspeculative
Residential Use Dedication Program)
I apologize for not being present at the Finance Committee meeting scheduled for
October 16, 2007.
Due to some misinformation and time constraints, I would like to make a request to
withdraw Communication No. 713 (Bill 188). I have spoken with the administration and
they aze supportive of the withdrawal.
