Bill 79, Draft 2 proposes to amend chapter 25, article 4, division 5 of the <br /> Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to off-street parking and <br /> loading requirements. <br /> The proposed amendments to Bill 79, Draft 2 are to Section 2 of the bill. No amendments are <br /> proposed for Section 3 of Bill 79, Draft 2, which relates to Hawaii County Code section 25-4-52 <br /> (Method of determining number of parking spaces). <br /> Therefore, proposed amendments to Hawaii County Code section 25-4-51, Required number of <br /> parking spaces, as presently set out in Draft 2 of Bill 79, are ramseyered and read as follows: <br /> "Section 25-4-51. Required number of parking spaces. <br /> (a) The number of parking spaces for each use shall be as follows: <br /> (1) Bed and breakfast establishments: one for each guest bedroom, in addition to <br /> two for the dwelling unit. <br /> (2) Bowling alleys: four for each alley. <br /> Comm.
