~ or N':y <br /> ~l~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••~j~.~,.M'~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 380 0'7 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, the Depaztment of Pazks & Recreation, Aquatics Division has expressed the <br /> need for two AED Units and one Automatic Pool Vacuum; and <br /> WHEREAS, one AED unit will be for the Laupahoehoe Swimming Pool and the other <br /> AED unit and the Automatic Pool vacuum will be for the Honoka`a Swimming Pool; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 for $7,500 will be <br /> appropriated to the Department of Pazks and Recreation, Aquatics Division, to be used to <br /> purchase two AED Units and one Automatic Pool Vacuum; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $7,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $7,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5513.66 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,000 <br /> Aquatics Pools Eqpt <br /> (Two AED Units) <br /> 010.500.5513.62 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,500 <br /> Aquatics Pools OCE <br /> (Automatic Pool Vacuum) <br /> Total: $7,500 <br /> <br />
