RESOLUTION NO. 380 0'7
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Depaztment of Pazks & Recreation, Aquatics Division has expressed the
need for two AED Units and one Automatic Pool Vacuum; and
WHEREAS, one AED unit will be for the Laupahoehoe Swimming Pool and the other
AED unit and the Automatic Pool vacuum will be for the Honoka`a Swimming Pool; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 for $7,500 will be
appropriated to the Department of Pazks and Recreation, Aquatics Division, to be used to
purchase two AED Units and one Automatic Pool Vacuum; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $7,500
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5513.66 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,000

010.500.5513.62 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,500
Aquatics Pools OCE
(Automatic Pool Vacuum)
Total: $7,500
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
