Postponed: October 2, 2007 Serving the Interests of the People of Our Js[and Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Promder and Employer PWIRC-18 Page 2 October 16, 2007 Comm. 679: A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 102-07, DRAFT 2, ADOPTING (Res. 342-07) THE RULES OF PROCEDURE AND ORGANIZATION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII (amends Rule 6, Standing Committees, to create a Committee on Energy Sustainability; and Rule 28, to make minor formatting corrections and to correct the District Allowance Expense and Contingency Relief amounts to reflect the recent increase); and From Councilmember J Yoshimoto, dated September 17, 2007, transmitting the above resolution. A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15, §2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code}.
