Draft 3 of Bi1179 is a result of the <br /> following proposed amendments adopted by the council during the October 17, 2007 Council <br /> meeting (ramseyered against Draft 2 of Bi1179): <br /> "Section 25-4-51. Required number of parking spaces. <br /> (a) The number of parking spaces for each use shall be as follows: <br /> (1) Bed and breakfast establishments: one for each guest bedroom, in addition to <br /> two for the dwelling unit. <br /> (2) Bowling alleys: four for each alley. <br /> (3) Commercial uses, including retail and office uses in RCX, CN, CG, CV, <br /> MCX, V, RA, FA, A and IA districts: one for each [exe] three hundred square <br /> feet of gross floor area. <br /> (4) Day care centers: one for each five care recipients of design capacity or one <br /> for every two hundred square feet of gross floor area, whichever is greater. <br /> (5) Dwellings, multiple-family: two [ate-exe-hal€J standard-sized stalls for each <br /> unit, plus: <br /> (A) For complexes of five or less units, a minimum of one standard-sized <br /> - aa parking space per complex shall be provided for guests; and <br /> <br /> \ ~l.« ~ q) ~1.
