lot next to the acute hospital. Thera is not adequate safe parking fir aN the staff and
visitixa at the Extended Cara Far~lily (makai end of the hospital campus.) The island at
the mauka end of Rainbow Drive ks cxwrentry used by the staff and visitors not just for
corrverrferxx: but for safer parfdng espedatly dying tl~e evening and eery momirrg hours.
There rs no gghtlng and paving dlrecny acxo~ wa~ruenue Ave h the DLNR gravel lot.
Therefore, it is not Cre parking area of choice a it is used out of necessity.
Please do not pass this bill without further investigation into this matter.
