Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members:
Please be advised that I have appointed Dr. Shay Bintliff of
Kamuela to the Hawaii County Family Violence Advisory
Commission.
Dr. Bintliff is a physician working as an independent
contractor since 1994. Prior to that, she was a
physician/instructor at the University of Hawaii School of
Medicine.
She will serve a term co-terminus to my term, which will end on
December 4, 2000.
