Please find attached a bill to redirect projects for Council Districts 1, 2 and 3 which were
transferred to the Capital Projects Fund in Resolution No. 113-97.
The list of projects per district will be submitted directly to the Department of Parks and
Recreation.

Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Bill No. 199 ,authorizing the transfer
of capital project funds, waiving said referral from the Committee of Finance in order that
appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be granted.
