Subject: Bill 51, Draft 5
In response to your 11/2/07 request, we had forwarded an edited version of the subject
draft that suggested some very minor changes. In addition, the Department of Public
Works would like you to consider inclusion of the following:
• Change the 10 year to a 25 year storm. Section 27-20 Standards for Subdivision (e)
• Under Standards for Construction, add number (fi) and insert the language for a
slope, which currently appears in Bill 151 in the same section under (f).
• Add to the end of each paragraph the language, these changes become effective on
June 1, 2008.
