RESOLUTION NO. '413 0'7
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Council adopted Resolution No. 327-07 on
September 19, 2007, for $10,000 to purchase tables and chairs for the District of Hamakua;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division has
requested an additional $2,429 to complete the purchase of the equipment through the
Request For Proposal procurement process; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated
to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the remaining balance to
complete the purchase of tables and chairs for the District of Hamakua; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that
the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
