Hawaii County Housing Agen?izina SUBJECT: Approval of a Resolution Au the Exemp ion of
Certain Zoning Code Requirements for the Waikoloa
Employee Housing Project Pursuant to Chapter 46-15 of
the Hawaii Revised Statutes
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Exemption of Certain Zoning Code
Requirements for the Waikoloa Employee Housing Project Pursuant
to Chapter 46-15 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on November 6, 2007, and voted as
follows:
AYES: B. Ford, B. Jacobson, E. Naeole, A. Pilago,
J Yoshimoto, P. Hoffmann - 6
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: S. Higa, D. Ikeda, D. Yagong - 3
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its November 20, 2007, meeting.
