SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 97-110 HAWAII COUNTY CODE
As discussed, we are amenable to amending Ordinance 97-110 of
the Hawaii County Code to provide additional parking on
Kalanianaole Avenue for The Seaside Restaurant. Mr. Susumu
Nakagawa has expressed concerns that occasional overflow
parking during evening functions at his establishment has
necessitated this request.
Our traffic personnel are available to assist Public Works'
Traffic Engineers to further study and recommend a proposed
bill for your consideration and introduction to the Council for
action.
We appreciate your assistance.
