Subject: East and West Planning Commissions
Dear Council Members,
I have been a Hawaii resident for 7 years and I have seen so much growth in that short time.
I feel it is absolutely necessary to have 2 planning commissions. In fact when the
Building boom started would have been a good time to start establishing this.
Chris Yuen feels this is the right move and I hope you will listen to someone who
Is in the thick of dealing with the problems.
Count a yes vote from me Establishing Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions.
