RE: Federal Money for Drug Prevention
Aloha Council People,
For the record, I believe that TEEN DRUG COURT is too late, to
detour young lives from the drug scene and the legal entanglements.
All teens need to know the law BEFORE they are picked-up for
bad behavior and are already addiction to cruising with the gang.
The law needs to be taught in high school and younger.
For example: civil rights of a child regarding instructions from
teachers to turn their parents in for speeding etc.
A drug problem is a self-esteem problem. A confused-about- v
life teen, who is given the basics of law would be very valuable to
his/her family and friends, when they are encountering the law.
Especially if they are victims of the growing rouge element
within the Police Dept., the Prosecutors' Office and the Courts with
conniving Judges, who are using their position to orchestrate the
systematic violations of our civil rights and due process by
substantiating each others errors and lies.
Here are three examples, taken from real events in the Puna
District, where if someone, with a cool-head, unafraid because they
know the law could rescue victims of rouge injustice.
First mother gets a speeding ticket but it was not her speeding,
a case of mistaken identity. Then in court the sneaky prosecutor
sexually harasses her to get information on her cases' defense.
The policeman continues his lie under oath, and the judge makes a lie
the fact. Guilty! A law aware son or daughter could write a MOTION
FOR DISMISSAL, citing the codes of misconduct.

Aunty is being force to sell her land but they owe her money.
A law aware nephew or niece would know how to search for the
WILL, Royal Patent Numbers and know how to file A Mechanics
Lean against the property and take steps to secure her assets.
Grandpa and Grandma are growing a little cannabis hemp for-
their religion and medical needs. A jealous neighbor calls the police
and reports a "pot farm" to the police, and a warrant is obtained by
fabricating a story about child endangerment to an elderly family
court judge, who has no idea of the rouge raid she has sanctioned.
ATTENTION PEOPLE OF THE BIG ISLAND
This is a warning about the rouge fed/local vice squad, who is
out of control. There is more than a war against hemp, there is a
ethnic/economic cleansing of the peace loving people on this island.
So, protect your valuables from the fanatical pot raid/looting crew
lead by Officer John Weber.
When there is a raid someone needs to read the warrant to
make sure it is valid and correct. Make sure the police list
everything they take for evidence. Object to any sexual harassment.
After the occupants are taken away, take pictures and document the
damage and thefts, then find someone to house-sit because an
organized second raid will take the rest of the valuables. The Police
Commission is not looking into complaints from drug raids against
religious or medical cannabis people who are terrorized and robbed.
Grandpa and Grandma are thrown in jail for the weekend, cold
air, hard bed and no blankets. Their trial is set for the spring.
Then they hear from friends, who read in the newspaper that
Prosecutor Jay Kimura is summoning them to court to start
confiscation proceeding on their family land. But their Grandson
knows this is illegal action and being done to scare his family and
friends.
TEEN DRUG COURT is not a good program to stop experimental
hard drug use in the youth community, because they already know
the system has bad elements which violates equal rights.
I believe, their only hope to make-it in a suppressive system
is to totally understand their standing or lack of standing.
