I fully support Bill 51 as <br /> proposed by Councilman Stacy Higa and amended with the input of Galen Kuba from DPW and members of the <br /> <br /> AIA and the HSPE. I find this Bill 51 to be a reasonable measure of flood plain management, exceeding the <br /> NFIP / FEMA minimum standards without unfairly burdening the entire county with needless effort and expense. <br /> Further, I oppose Bill 151 in its current form as it is still riddled with technical and language problems that will <br /> cause and undue burden on many members of the county. <br /> Thank you for your efforts in serving our County. <br /> Zon Sullenberger, AIA <br /> comm.
