Attached please find Draft 3 of Bill 151, relating to Floodplains and Other Flood Hazard Areas.
This draft contains the amendment to Draft 2 of this bill that was made by the Council,
pursuant to communication no. 598.26, during its meeting on November 7, 2007.
I will request the establishment of an ad hoc committee to work on Bill 151, Draft 3 at the next
Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations on December 4, 2007.
