RE: Discussion on Bill 151, Draft 3, and creation of an Ad hoc Committee relating to
Floodplains and Other Flood Hazard Areas, Stormwater Management, and Watershed
Management
Bill 151, Draft 3, will be heard at the Public Works and Intergovernmental Committee (PWIRC) on
December 4, 2007. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §92-2.5, I request formation of an ad hoc
Committee to discuss issues relating to Floodplains and Other Flood Hazard Areas, Stormwater
Management, and Watershed Management. I anticipate 30 minutes for this discussion and creation of
the Ad hoc committee and selection of its members.
