Re: Resolution to Create Account Numbers
Enclosed is a resolution to open an office equipment and a computer
equipment account numbers for the federally-funded Domestic Violence grant.
Since time is of the essence as the grant ends on March 15, 1998, the
department would like this resolution to go directly to the Council.

A. REQUEST:
To amend the carry forward amounts and accounts for our Federally Funded
Domestic Violence Grant.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
We have amended our budget to expend the remaining funds from the Domestic
Violence Grant. This grant ends 3/15/96. We are requesting that the accounts
be reapportioned to match the amended Federal Budget according to the following:
