A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to
the Department of Research and Development to support the Kohala Center and the Hawaii
County Energy Sustainability Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $15,000
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $15,000
CREDITED TO:
010.161.5162.65 Department of Research and Development $15,000
New Industry & Industry Development
(Kohala Center for the Hawaii County Energy
Sustainability Plan)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Research and Development and Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
