RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY/AFNI Insurance on behalf of Matsuyama Food Mart
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we request
an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on a claim submitted by AFNI Insurance on behalf of Matsuyama Food Mart.
