A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to purchase 12 Progressive Release Bases (mandatory
requirement in baseball field equipment) for the 12 Little League baseball fields (four in
Waimea, four in Waikoloa, and four in Kohala); now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

APPROPRIATION: $5,243.31
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief $5,243.31
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation, $5,243.31

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance
and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in
accordance with the terms of the resolution.
