Aloha mai Chairman Hoffmann and members of the Hawaii County Council,

I oppose Resolution 7.
Numerous state court rulings have designated The Old Government Road as a public highway under the Public
Highways Act of 1893. It cannot be condemned or sold.
Any condemnation and/or sale of the Oki Government Road which is challenged will result in invalidation of the
condemnation and/or sale.
This resolution is not legal.
