If we delineate a 16-foot wide roadway along this section of Kahoa Street using 4-inch wide white edge of pavement lines and adopt atow-away ordinance prohibiting parking on the roadway, the available parking will decrease by approximately 50%. In other words, only about 25 vehicles will be able to park completely off the 16-ft. wide roadway between Nahala Street and the Maili Stream bridge.
