to June 30, 1999, by increasing the following appropriation in the
PUBLIC WORKS Opea/Mamalahoa Bridge Replacement Project from
$141,000 to $156,000; funds for this $15,000 appropriation increase
shall be provided from the General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects
Fund -Fund Balance and/or Other Sources account.
