McClure, requests Bill 51 remain in Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations for further discussion. Due to this request, I will not be placing Bill 51 on the Council Agenda at this time. It will be placed on the Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations agenda on March 2I, 2007. I feel that the amendments to Bill 51 require further discussion, and the Administration would like to address the points raised in these amendments. For this reason, we are asking that Bill 51 revert back to the Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations for these discussions to take place. Thank you for your consideration.
