RE: Resolution Trans wing Funds
For your consideration, I am transmitting the attached Resolution transferring/appropriating
$20,000 and $25,000 from the Clerk-Council Postage & Freight account and the Miscellaneous
Contractual Services account to the External Audit account.
I am requesting that this resolution be waived in order to assure timely execution of the contract
in March.

RE: Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Section 1(3) of Rule 4 ofthe Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regard to Resolution No.
transferring/appropriating atotal of $45,000 from the Clerk-Council Postage & Freight and
Miscellaneous Contractual Services accounts to the External Audit account, waived said referral
from the Committee on Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be granted.
