Dear Chairman Arakaki and Cowicil Members:
Last Tuesday, Apri17, 1998, hvo portable toilets were installed in the public
parking area at the southern end of State Highway 137. I would like to take this
opportunity to thank the Council, Mr. George Yoshida of Parks and Recreation, Iv1r.
Norman Olesen of the Mayor's office and Councilman Al Smith for their help in
correcting this situation.
