RESOLUTION NO. 458. U8
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, a request for funds has been made by the Department of Parks and
Recreation to cover the final expenses for the completion of the Ho`oko Street Park Backstops;
and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation -Transfer to Capital Project Fund - G for the Waikoloa
Community Development Corporation, a domestic non-profit organization, created for the
purpose of promoting community facility development and related programs in the Waikoloa
Village area; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:
FUND: GENERAL
AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $5,500
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,500
CREDITED TO:
010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $5,500
Transfer to Capital Project Fund - G

Ho`oko Street Park Backstop

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of the resolution.
