At that meeting, concerns were expressed regarding proposed <br /> Condition I, which states that, "All parking shall be on-site." We agree that this <br /> condition is misleading and confusing, and therefore, we are recommending that this <br /> condition be deleted. The Zoning Code requires that a certain amount of off-street <br /> parking be provided by a project.
