This Change of Zone Application was discussed by the Council's Planning Committee on
December 4, 2007. At that meeting, concerns were expressed regarding proposed
Condition I, which states that, "All parking shall be on-site." We agree that this
condition is misleading and confusing, and therefore, we are recommending that this
condition be deleted. The Zoning Code requires that a certain amount of off-street
parking be provided by a project. It is not clear what this condition is supposed to do.
