Dear council members
In reference to the new bill and any future bills to restrict stores like the proposed new walmart store in Hilo -
It is important that you vote against any such bill or proposal. In a free society it is up to the people to make
their choice to use a new store or not. You might just as well raise taxes - you are hurting everone with these
poorly thought out bills. Let the people you are to represent make their own choice in the free marketplace. I
know we will at the polls - Higa and others that refuse to honor the wishes of the majority. The superstore and
the superferry will give the people options. You should honor our wishes. Remember - You were elected to
represent the people! Thank you
