RE: A Resolution Urging the Hawaii State Legislature to pass S.B.958 SDI HD1
Relating To Genetically Modified Organisms (Taro).
Attached for your consideration is a resolution supporting S.B.958 SDI HDI to impose a
ten-year moratorium on developing, testing, propagating, cultivating, growing, and raising of
genetically modified taro in the State of Hawaii.
Please place this matter before the appropriate committee to meet on January 8, 2008.
