A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SALARY ORDINANCE N0.07-76 BY
AMENDING SECTION 7.02(B) BY DELETING THE ASSISTANT HOUSING
ADMINISTRATOR CLASS AND ADDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES OFFICER III AND SENIOR ACCOUNT CLERK CLASSES OF
WORK.
WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter provides for interim amendments to the
Salary Ordinance to be made by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Salary Ordinance 07-76 lists the classes of work and compensation
for persons employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for; and
WHEREAS, Section 7.02(b) of Salary Ordinance 07-761ists the classes of work in the Office
of Housing and Community Development; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Housing and Community Development is implementing a
reorganization and reclassifying its positions; and
WHEREAS, position no. HO-000206 Assistant Housing Administrator, EM-03, is being
reallocated to the Administrative Services Officer III, EM-O5, class; and position no. HO-00034
Special Projects Coordinator, SR-20, is being reallocated to the Senior Account Clerk, SR-13, class.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that Section 7.02(b) of Salary Ordinance No. 07-76 be amended as follows:
