BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundazies Maps for the County of Hawaii are amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: The district classification of the following area situated at Puukapu, South Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Urban: Beginning at the Southwest comer of this pazcel of land, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Goverrunent Survey Triangulation Station "WEST BASE" being 1,957.95 feet North and 2,952.79 feet West, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: 1. 151 ° 48' 122.73 feet along Deed: Hawaiian Homes Commission to Richazd Smart dated July 7, 1956 and recorded in Liber 3138, Page 426; 2. 205° 48' 118.78 feet along the remainder of L.C. Aw. 4037 to A.D. Allen; 3. 205° 59' 30" 80.49 feet along the remainder of L.C. Aw. 4037 to A.D. SECTION 2. hi the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
