It is my pleasure to nominate Robert Meierdiercks of Council District 6 to tie-` cn
County of Hawaii Water Board. Mr. Meierdiercks is a 44-year resident of Frawaii.w
Since 1989, he has been employed by the Hawai'i Carpenters Union as a
representative.
Mr. Meierdiercks formerly served as a member of this commission in the early
1990's, serving as the chair during his last year of service. Mr. Meierdiercks
states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will serve a
term to end on December 31, 2012, replacing Loren Heck, whose term expired
on December 31, 2007.
