Aloha Councilman Pilago and fellow Council members,
We are owners/residents of the Kona Alii condominium complex at 75-5782 Kuakini Highway and oppose the vote
ratio given to condo owners vs. that given to business owners in the Business Improvement District.
Each of the condo units is, in fact, a residence, and we feel it should qualify for a single vote on issues involving
the BID. Please pass along our input to the all council members at the board meeting today.
We appreciate the efforts to clean-up the BID and hope you can move this project along in a timely manner.
