RESOLUTION NO. 498 08
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR PAHOA NEIGHBORHOOD FACIITY
CHAIRS.
WHEREAS, 150 metal double-brace folding chairs, 40 vinyl padded folding chairs, and
two folding chair caddies are needed for the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to
the Deparirnent of Parks and Recreation to be used for the purchase of 190 chairs and two
folding chair caddies; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $9,000
OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC-Contingency Relief $9,000
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $9,000
Recreation Division Equipment
(Pahoa Neighborhood Facility chairs)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
