SUBJECT: An Ordinance Renaming and Redefining the Geothermal Relocation
Program
Attached is an ordinance to amend chapter 2, article 36 of the Hawaii County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as amended), relating to the Geothermal Relocation Program.
The bill renames and redefines the Geothermal Relocation Program to the Geothermal
Relocation and Community Benefits Program.
