SUBJECT: Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Director of
Finance to Negotiate a Lease with the Roman Catholic
Church in the State of Hawaii, dba office for Social
Ministry
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to Negotiate a
Lease with the Roman Catholic Church in the State of Hawaii, dba
Office for Social Ministry.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on January 23, 2008, and voted as
follows:
AYES: B. Ford, S. Higa, D. Ikeda, B. Jacobson,
E. Naeole, A. Pilago, D. Yagong, J Yoshimoto,
P. Hoffmann - 9
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: None
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its February 6, 2008, meeting.
